for All A4 Mono HP LaserJet printers

All printers under these agreements are covered for unlimited call outs, all labour and spare parts.

All accessories installed in the printer are also covered under the contract, Duplex Units, Paper Trays, Output Stackers etc. 

UK including Northern Ireland. (Excludes Highlands & Islands)y

Please Note:

Printer to be covered under the contract must be in working order prior to commencement of contract.

The service covers rectification of hardware failure to restore the printer to the configuration and functionality that existed prior to the failure.

The service does not cover replacement or damage to consumable items such as toners, fuser units and paper feed rollers. Such consumable items can be replaced by the engineer but may be chargeable. Cost for replacement items will be advised prior to installation.

No claim can be made within 30 days of contract commencement.
