I'm Paul Kennedy head of sales and technical at ukPrinterStore. I sold my first HP LaserJet printer in 1988 and worked for many years with HP's largest Public Sector reseller. Becoming the largest supplier to the University sector in the UK under the National University Printer Contract during the 1990s and 2000s.

I then became one of the first Extended Technical Consultants for HP and after having completed full training at HP's European HQ in Germany. I was involved in providing assistance to Universities, implementing managed print solutions and eventually disposing of and recycling printers for many previous customers and also major leasing companies.

You can buy with confidence from us. We have a broad technical knowledge of the entire family of HP LaserJets and can make sure you get the right printer for your particular requirements.

All our printers are fully refurbished by HP trained engineers and are supplied with a 12 month on site warranty.

JetDirect printer server cards and external boxes come with 2 year warranty. That's 1 year longer than on brand new.

Factory refurbished maintenance kits and fusers have a 6 month warranty.

We also offer on-site repair and maintenance services as well as support contracts for all HP LaserJet printers.
